Thank you for your detailed comments and for recognizing the comfort of the beds, the quality of the villa, and the beautiful view. With respect to the TVs, the living room unit was functioning correctly once our technician reset the guest‑adjusted settings and demonstrated how the system works. The bedroom TV is a smart TV that uses apps which require personal login details, giving guests control over what they watch. Our commitment to Maui hospitality includes clear communication, proactive care, and timely support, and we are glad everything else in the villa contributed to a pleasant stay. -Albert M., Maui Paradise Properties 🌺
