Stunning Ocean Views from Every Room

As soon as you enter, you feel the warm comfort and beauty of this private 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with spectacular ocean views. The Restoration Hardware designed living room and dining room, with fireplace have plenty of seating to enjoy. Sun rise and sun sets are incredible. Each of the bedrooms have a private bathroom w/heated floors. Beds are of the highest quality with cotton sheets and duvets. SONOS, & Flat screen smart TV's are throughout.

The cooks kitchen has everything you need to prepare any type meal.
A basket of Avocados, limes and lemons will be waiting for you on your arrival.
Equipped with a large 5 burner gas range, Bosch dishwasher, All Clad Pans, very nice dishes, serving platters, stemware, top of the line equipment and utensils. Vitamix, kitchenaid, green star juicer, Henkel knives.
(not shown yet in photos) A wood topped coffee/bar area with a wine cooler, Nespresso coffee maker, Cuisinart K-Cup coffee, or drip pot is available.

The upper (nest) primary bedroom has 4 walls of glass, a private deck with seating, automatic blinds, fabulous bathroom all with a truly one of a kind view of the ocean and mountains.
The main floor has another primary bedroom, also good for those who wish to be on one level main floor. Cathedral ceiling, views of the ocean, fruit trees, and mountains. This guest area has a huge closets and private
marble bathroom with heated floor . Enjoy your walk-in large frameless glass shower, double sink vanity and more ocean views.

We have SONOS to listen to your playlist.
Watch your movies and sports in the media room on a 100 inch move screen with surround sound.
The movie area has floor to ceiling french glass doors that leads to a patio with an outdoor fire pit, seating, and serving area. All with ocean views.
We have a custom infinity deck for lounging, or put a table for dining around this soothing water feature.
Outdoor uplighting under the trees, and patios makes evenings enchanted.
Outdoor heaters are available on the decks.
We also have string lighting on the patio and lawn area for your outdoor party mode.

The private hot tub deck is overlooking the lawn, ocean views, for a lovely sunset and fruit trees.

Patios and decks have Restoration Hardware seating and lounges, fire pits, table seating and standing heaters.

The location to beach and restaurants and hiking was so convenient! The views from every balcony was breathtaking. The walk around just the property was amazing, with the avocado trees and cherimoyas was so fun to see. Bought one at a local stand and was very interesting to try. I think the best was the separation and privacy of the rooms. Jacuzzi every night! But the communication with the host and being so kind and helpful was amazing. Great stay!

This house is a bit of heaven! All of us from age 9-82 thoroughly enjoyed everything about our trip to Carpinteria even if it included 4 days of rain. There was plenty to see and do both at the house and in the area despite the weather and we had 3 days of sun to dry out! The views are spectacular, sunsets glorious, the house well appointed with everything we needed. The owners were very responsive when there was damage from a storm or anything else that needed attention or advice. We all are hoping to come again!

Our favorite vacation rental home! We came with our kids, ages 7 and 8, and it was the perfect home for our family to stay while we explored the area. The views from this home are a vacation in itself! The house is very clean, well stocked and located on a beautiful orchard within a peaceful neighborhood. Communication with the hosts before and during our stay was fantastic. We adored our time at this home and would love to return!

This was an incredible stay. The host reached out early with all the information I needed and they were easy to reach. The home is gorgeous with a stunning view. Everything about the stay exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend staying here and will consider it next time I am in town.

Beautiful and peaceful!

Gorgeous property and the owner was just a call away to welcome us and answer our questions. Great location - we liked being up in the hills with the beautiful views, but we were close enough to venture into Montecito for the day. The owner also gave us some great recommendations for shopping, etc. We will definitely be back!

Ocean Views is a find!

We needed four bedrooms and four bathrooms -Ocean Views had it all. Sunrise to Sunset, Magnificent view!

We truly enjoyed a few days to get away over Thanksgiving. Home was spacious and welcoming, right down to fluffy bath towels. If there was a question, the owners were very reachable. A great yard for the grandkids to explore whilst the adults relaxed on the deck overlooking one of California’s finest views. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants a unique setting in a beautiful area. Thank you Janet and Steve!

This house was absolutely exquisite! The house was perfectly situated on the side of the mountain with beautiful views of the ocean from every room! We rented this house because our son was graduating from UCSB. And, it was the perfect location (about 1/2 hour from college) for us to go back and forth. Words can not express how incredibly beautiful this house is......you won't be sorry!

This was one of the most successful VRBO experiences we have had in 15 plus years. We loved the house, the sweeping ocean views, the orchard, outdoor spaces, quietness of the neighborhood, and the surrounding area so much so that we extended our stay by 2 days. Janet and Steve were very helpful, and we plan to return for another visit in April. It was a perfect place for a the two of us and our dog, who adored exploring the orchard.In no particular order, here are some of the thoughtful touches that made this a great experience:a. There are 3 coffee machines: Keurig, Nespresso (Vertuo large pods, and Mr. Coffee (drip).b. The kitchen is well stocked. I did not have to buy basics like sugar, tea, salt, olive oil, vinegar, and spices.c. The laundry room had fragrance free detergent, which I would have normally have to buy.d. The house is full of cookbooks, fun to read, and lots of travel brochures.e. The grill worked and was easy to use.f. The downstairs outdoor patio, with lounge chairs in the water feature area, was a great place to watch the sunset.g. The outdoor dining table was a lovely spot for coffee, breakfast or lunch.h. We loved the close proximity to great restaurants in Ojai (Nocciola), Montecito (Alma Fonda Fina), Summerland (Summerland Beach Cafe for breakfast, and Field & Fort for brunch), and further afield, one Michelin star French bistro (Bells's in Los Alamos, wine country). All of these places welcomed our dog!Love!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home just outside 20-25 min. Santa Barbara. The house overlooks the valley with breathtaking views, and you can even see the ocean in the distance. The space feels open and airy, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own private area as well as cozy spots to gather, chat, or simply relax. The home was clean and just as described. The only issue we encountered was the presence of spiders on every floor likely due to the surrounding nature but the host, Janet, was very helpful and responsive. I ended up purchasing some bug spray for the home and for outdoor use, and that helped.The house was amazing. Janet was incredibly communicative and pleasant throughout the entire process.

Gorgeous house with spectacular views!

This is a beautiful house in the hills of Carpenteria, surrounded by an orchard of avocado, fig and citrus trees. It has four bedrooms, each of which is very private with its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. There are decks and balconies with views all around the house, water features, two BBQs, fire pits, comfortable outdoor furniture, and an incredibly well-stocked kitchen. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that was welcoming for walks with our dog. The drive to town was easy but we felt like we were very far away. The hosts were responsive and attentive about our very few questions. We will be back!

Can't wait to return!

My family was visiting from MI and we had been looking at many houses close to the beach and decided on this one. It was STUNNING. Honestly, the photos don't even do it justice. There were 7 of us (all adults) and it was the perfect fit. We each had what we called our own "wings" (4 rooms) each with its own bathroom. The bathrooms were incredibly clean and modern/updated. Actually, the entire house was incredibly clean. The house was perfect but really it is the backyard/front yard/property that made this place special. They have acres of avocado trees and fruit trees and walking around the property was magical. We ran into a few issues during our stay but the owner was extremely responsive, apologetic, and went above and beyond to make it right. We all agreed that we hope to make this a yearly trip and stay here again!

Idyllic

We had a wonderful stay - just the right place for our 25th yr reunion of college girlfriends. When we booked, there weren’t any reviews which made us pause— we are so glad we chose this property. So many cozy spots indoors and outdoors for us to enjoy the vistas and avocado and cherimoya orchard. The views are spectacular—watching the marine layer burn off in the morning was especially fun for the non-Californians. The house is really well appointed, well-maintained, and clean. The kitchen is well stocked for staying in and cooking—residential level, rather than short-term rental level. Having knives that are actually sharp was a nice surprise. The bathrooms are all updated and have heated floors. The owners have thought of pretty much everything including heat lamps, extra propane tanks, and cozy fleece blankets for sitting outside. Check-in was easy and the provided information was comprehensive. Thank you Janet for being such a gracious host and sharing your beautiful home with us!

Carpinteria offers the "The safest Beach in America" fabulious restaurants, farmers market, health food store, shops, yoga/gyms for all needs, wine tasting. Adventures like horseback riding on the beach or in the hills, whale watching, boating on lakes or ocean. Surfing, (Rincon Classic at Rincon Beach 2 miles away), biking, hiking.
Beautiful Santa Barbara, 10 miles away, and easy to get to Montecito, 6 miles Ojai, 9 miles away.
