Hololani (which is Hawaiian for “Heaven”) is an oceanfront condominium resort located in Kahana. Embrace the convenience of a free assigned parking spot, indulge in the oceanfront pool, or savor a delightful BBQ experience in the designated area. There is a beach directly in front of the resort; sand levels and access can vary depending on conditions. Beach access is available at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana). Hololani is within walking distance of several beaches, shops, golf courses, and restaurants. There are no parking or resort fees.

Birthday trip to Maui

The view from A304 was AMAZING!!! Going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean was one of my favorite parts. The place accommodated us very well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we cooked dinner and breakfast on our stay! The pool was nice and warm and comfortable when it was raining. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. It was a very relaxing place to stay. I would for sure book again.

Delightful stay

Exactly as described and photographed, comfortable and quiet, very clean, the ocean view and spacious lanai make this an outstanding choice. The management company is thorough and communicative. The condo is so well equipped and the views are stupendous. The location is terrific. We had a lovely stay, highly recommend. this unit! excellent.

Beautiful views, great space!

Couldn’t ask for better views, amazing balcony overlooking the ocean and the ocean is also easily visible from both bedrooms. Both bedrooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. There’s no AC but it wasn’t really an issue for us, only really noticed it in the evenings in the living room, otherwise the fans were enough and there were additional portable fans if needed. The pool area was nice too, and the kitchen was well stocked. All this for a competitive price as well!

Best Vacation EVER!

What a view!!! This is a corner unit, so even the 2nd bedroom has a view out a large window of the ocean. Not to mention that bedroom was the largest with the laundry room in it. The view from the smaller bedroom-off the lanai is AWESOME!!! We watched whales spout & jump every single day!!! Very nice condo. We will definitely recommend this one and try to rent it again on our next trip to Maui.

Home away from home

This was our first time visiting Maui, and this condo made our trip even more memorable. The balcony views alone are worth staying here. Our mornings and evenings were so beautiful and peaceful with the views of the islands, the sounds of the waves, and watching whales, dolphins, and a few sea turtles that would pop up to say hi. It was all perfect for our days on vacation. The condo also had everything we needed and it was all clean. If I could change anything about the trip it would be the length of time. Five days went by too fast. A great little home away from home!

Perfect Maui getaway

We had a wonderful time in Maui and this condo was chefs kiss! The views from the balcony were amazing. It looked like we were right on the water. We saw a lot of sea turtles every day. The condo was clean and well stocked. There were beach chairs and a cooler for trips to the beach. We were nervous about not having a/c but the cool sea breeze and variety of fans kept us comfortable. My Perfect Stays property management made sure our vacation home was perfect. They communicated with us to make sure everything was working well for us. The whole property was well maintained. The pool was cleaned everyday and the grills by the pool were spotless! Would stay here again!

Beautiful place, could have been cleaner and more stocked

We had a phenomenal time staying at this place. It's beautiful and the two master bedrooms with bathrooms and views were perfect for two adult couples. The lanai had gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean, we spent most of our waking time in the condo out there. The kitchen had nice pans to cook with and some of the basics like salt and pepper so we were able to utilize the kitchen well. We also used the washer and dryer, beach chairs, and one set of flippers that were in the condo. A few things that weren't as perfect was I had a hard time getting in contact at first. I sent out an initial message after booking and never received anything back. Then the day we were flying to Hawaii I realized I had not received check in information so that was a little stressful but I did get a fairly quick response on that one and we got the information we needed. The other things were the condo wasn't super clean, we ended up buying some cleaning supplies. Also, we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels and had to buy some. But overall we had such a great time and would recommend the place.

Loving Maui

Fantastic property with amazing ocean views. Rainbows, whales and sunsets from the lanai. Is there anything else I need say? The unit was very stocked with essentials and more. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks for the Maui memories.

Renting the property was an easy process. Access to the unit was easy. Only wish there were more towels provided for our 8 day stay & the unit itself should have been cleaner. Dirty windows & front screen door was very dirty

Ocean front sunsets

Spectacular views! The living spaces were comfortable, with private spaces for us and our friends, and a wonderful lanai to share amazing views. This condo is on the ocean. There is no beachfront, but we enjoyed a short walk up the street to a beautiful stretch of quiet beach. The host was easy to contact and responsive. The kitchen is well outfitted. The barbecues at the poolside are scrubbed down and the pool is cleaned every morning at sunrise. We plan to visit again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The place had everything we needed to make a meal. The balcony was a great place to eat a meal. The balcony faces west so it can get a little sunny in the late afternoon. Now the other had the mornings were spectacular looking out on the two islands. The location is great with easy access to the beach below or a short drive. A number of places to eat or grocery stores are within a walk or short drive.

Paradise Found

Our stay was perfect! We were with 15 minutes of excellent dining and activities. The shades and blinds kept the sun at bay so the condo stayed very pleasant. When you add the turtles on the.beach, it was paradise.

This was perfect for our group of 4. There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Large balcony, etc. the view is amazing!! My only ‘critique’ is that it is not particularly easy to get onto the beach. I am sure we will return. THANK YOU!!!!!

Well Appointed and Comfortable

Spacious with great views, great breezes and a quiet complex. The extra amenities like the shower chair made the stay very comfortable for family members in their late 80s. Loved the Instapot blender for tropical smoothies each morning! We can't wait to return to this home away from home with family and guests!

Amazing views and space

The condo was clean and in a good location. We were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and beaches. The views from every room was remarkable! We also enjoyed in unit laundry. The kitchen was well stocked, but we were very disappointed there were no extra items for the beach or outdoor activities besides beach towel. Every rental we have ever stayed at provided beach chairs, boogie boards, binoculars, etc. we even inquired with Vacasa and they stated they were not part of the listing. For the amount you pay to stay, you would think they would have something simple and standard for a vacation rental. This is the reason we decreased a star for the rating.

Great oceanfront location

Great oceanfront location with places to eat within walking distance. Two en suites made it very suitable for two couples. Very enjoyable to watch whales and sea turtles from the veranda with nice views of both Molokai and Lanai. Two very important things to note about this property: 1. There is no beach in front of it nor any access to nearby beaches from it. 2. There is only ONE parking place available for this unit and no other parking options if you want a second rental car. We were okay with no beach but it was not clearly stated (unless you read all the fine print) in the original description of the property providing only one parking place. The property is very clean and has all amenities needed to enjoy a lovely, relaxing vacation. No air conditioning was NOT an issue when we visited in February but might be for some if you visit in summer.

Spectacular View

This was a perfect location with a wide open view of the Au’au Channel. We watched for whales and sea turtles from our lanai every morning and were treated to a dramatic sunset every evening. The condo was clean and well equipped and the management team was very responsive. We would definitely recommend this for anyone staying in the Ka’anapoli area.

Ocean View and Sea Turtle Gem

The views and sounds of the ocean from this condo are amazing! The balcony spans the entire front of the living area and front bedroom. Every day we sat on the balcony and watched the sea turtles surface, and had front and center views of the morning rainbows. The perfect place to watch the sunset or hop down to the neighboring beach. Both bedrooms had good storage and were extremely comfortable, not to mention their own view of the ocean. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking with grilling options by the pool. Underground parking with your own numbered space. Close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. We felt lucky to have found this gem!
