We rented this house in order for my son, best friend and his mom could tour the Univ of Arkansas. Very conveniently located to campus and Fayetteville highlight spots. Spacious, clean and nice amenities. No complaints at all!

Our group found everything to be perfect. The spaciousness, cleanliness, and location were all excellent. Additionally, having garage parking was a significant advantage for us. The host communicated very well and had everything prepared for our arrival. The thoughtful baskets of goodies and toiletries were a delightful touch. We would be pleased to stay here again for any future visits to Fayetteville.

Charming 3 bedroom, plenty of space for the 5 of us. We had a wonderful time visiting my son at UARK, playing games in the evening. I'd highly recommend this rental for a visit to the university. With garage you can easily park 3 cars, which was great for my son to stay the evening.

This property was just east of the U of A campus and was perfect for our weekend get-away with another couple.It was clean and decorated joyfully. We saw Chrystal Bridges and the Daisy Air Rifle Museum on Saturday and planned to see a 1:00 pm Razorback baseball game on Sunday. Tami knew this and sent me a message Saturday evening to let me know the start time for the game had changed to 10:00 am. WOW! She was on it! We would have missed much of the game. She literally made our weekend perfect. With a host like Tami, you know the property is "as advertised". Thanks, Tami!

We spent many years in the Colorado mountains, and we loved our time there - but decided a few years back that it was time to come home. We both have a long history in the real estate arena and I'm very hospitality & customer service driven. With U of A so close, we decided that this would be the perfect place to open a short term rental.

We chose this neighborhood because it's centrally located. The Starling House is just minutes from the University of Arkansas campus, interstate access, running, hiking, and biking trails, We're just minutes from concert venues, shopping, amazing restaurants, and more! No matter what you're looking for you're just a short walk or drive away.

Huge back yard with covered patio and privacy fence. The home is conveniently located. It's just minutes from everything, but also removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Fayetteville - if you're looking for some quiet time.
