Perfect

The lodging was perfect for our stay. And the host couldn’t have been any nicer. We were in and out most of our days so we were able to relax in the beautiful backyard when we would return.

Great place at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon

Beautiful view of the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Owner takes great care with the yard and nightime lighting of the trees, etc. This is the bottom floor of the owner's 3 story home, he is very friendly and privacy is much respected as well.

Awesome Mountain Home!

We had a great time in our VRBO rental in Utah. Beautiful location near to all, friendly owners. The property was on a creek with beautiful landscaping. The only drawback was that you had to walk thru the masterbathroom and bedroom to get to the second bedroom and bathroom.

Truly Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed staying here so much! The living space was open and well equipped, bedrooms were sufficient, and the backyard was absolutely amazing. Very private with amazing views, you can hardly tell you're within a neighborhood. The pool was great to cool off in after some hot days in the sun. A beautiful creek runs behind it all. Loved it! When we come back to Salt Lake, we'll look here first for availability. The owners were very welcoming and live in the upper floors of the house, and they were also very respectful of our privacy, giving us full access to everything out back.

Some Quite Good, Some Not So Good

This unit is the first floor of the three story house shown in the drone shot. The floor above is also rented out. On two of the three nights we were there, the upstairs renters were very loud until around around 2 AM. Also, the layout is odd. You have to walk through the front bedroom and bathroom to reach the back bedrooms. The unit itself is comfortable and the kitchen is nice enough that we were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner. The location is every bit as magnificent as advertised. We had an issue with the gas fireplace and the owner interrupted his Thanksgiving to come address it. We really appreciated that effort on his part. I would give the unit itself 5 stars, but the racket from upstairs kept it at a 3.
