Lovely 1 bedroom condo centrally located in Downtown Nashville. The building offers remote entry and 24 hours onsite concierge. The unit is located on the 4th floor with a balcony snd nice views. You will find everything you need inside, fully equipped kitchen with dishes and utensils, fully equipped bathroom with complimentary soap and shampoo, cozy seating in the livingroom thay can double as sleeping space. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and designated working station. There is additional bedding and bath lien provided as well. Walk anywhere downtown in 5-10 mins. Best location!

Good for a friend group!

Overall, this property is a great choice! There is plenty of sleeping space including couches, a fold out bed/cot, and blowup mattress as well as the bed. There is also valet down the block which was more affordable than the parking lots. The only problem we had was getting into the building. The second door of the main entrance requires a key fob which we were not given, so we had to wait for the concierge to let us in each time. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Enjoyed Stay

I left a very important dress at the property because we had a bad rain storm and it was hanging to dry. Was told it would be shipped to me and when i reached out was never spoken to again so very upset about that. The place was beautiful. We did have to unplug the plug ins as it was very over powering. The location was the best. The door code did not work so the staff had to let us in every time and they some were very rude about it. In fact when we came back from the rain storm they left us out there and took forever to open the door!

Simple apartment in perfect location.

Most importantly, you couldn’t ask for a better location. PROS -Walking distance to Germantown, lower Broadway, music row, and the gulch. -Secure property. -Great communication with the owner. -Sheets and bathroom seemed clean. CONS -Very little starting amenities for guests (no coffee filters, no dishwasher detergent, no bath soap…etc). -The TV was broken. -Building entry required one person to stand outside to enter the code while a second, inside, opens the door. The alternative is standing outside the door and texting the owner to unlock. -Trash can was half full when we arrived, and a balloon was left in the bedroom. Overall I would stay here again, if the price is similar, because of its convenient access to the downtown areas.
