Property location was convenient. Housekeeping needed improvement, the sheets on the sofa bed had not been changed. The bathroom floor slopes back toward the toilet, not great for anyone with balance issues.

Lovely!

This was a great place to stay. The apartment was comfy for when we stayed in and an easy walk to places on Broadway. This was also in a convenient location to most other things as no drive was more than 30 minutes for some of the other places we wanted to see. Overall wonderful stay and the host's messages made sure all processes were very clear!

There were dead bugs in the drawers in the night stand and dresser. The shower curtain has mold or mildew growing on it. The unit didn't seem to be dusted and seems as if it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. There were bugs coming up from the drain. Also upon arriving I asked if there would be coffee products provided... there were 4 adults staying in the unit and only 2 k-cups. We weren't even all Ava to have coffee together.

Great for a weekend away!

The place was great. Ubers were super cheap to get to and from broadway area. My only complaint is that the door code was a little touchy and hard to operate and a sponge was missing to wash dishes, but there was a dishwasher.

Last minute Trip to Nashville

Loved the pool, house had everything we needed, enjoyed the visits from groundhogs while sitting on deck. Door quite stiff to open but all good.

We Will Be Back

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. We decided to make a 3 day stop on our way back home from Florida. Very happy with the location, plenty of places within walking distance. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the view of the river was great!! The only downfall was the noise from neighboring condos but that was fully expected being a unit in the downtown area.

A great property

I went with three others to this property. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Location was okay. We walked to broadway every morning but walking back at night felt like it would be sketchy as you go through many random streets so we often ubered back. Check in was flawless and the property owner was great at communicating.

Perfect accommodation for a quick stay!

We stayed here during the CMA fest and loved it. It was a home away from home and a bonus that it had a launderette, gym and pool use! It is around a 30 min walk to broadway but we got Ubers in everyday for super cheap, split between the two of us it was nothing. We loved coming back to chill after a busy day and having all the space rather than being stuck in a small hotel room! Comms were also amazing and if we ever needed helped, a response was never too far away! 10000 stars 😃

Great location and perfect place to stay for the weekend!

Nice and clean place to stay! We had 2 couples. The bedroom had a king size bed and the sofa sleeper in the living room was nice for a second couple. It has queen size dimensions, sleeps more like a full size. The full bath was perfect with a full length mirror right outside. The bathroom is located off the master bedroom. The kitchen has everything you’ll need as well. The communication with the host was amazing!!! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice property, fulfilled our requirement for location mainly. Had stayed in same area in February. Space was nice, couple things, had some issues with security lock when trying to enter. Had to try multiple times to enter and lock upon leaving. Bathroom floor rug needed to be cleaned or at least vacuumed, otherwise good, would definitely rent again.

It's a Decent place

Overall a decent place. Street construction and building renovation during our Jan 2023 stay were inconvenient and annoying. Would stay there again but will shop around before settling on it. VRBO cleaning and service fees on this particular property drive the overall cost up. Not the agents fault, she was great.

The front door lock is not easy to deal with. This is a lower unit, so it is noisy from the neighbours upstairs. Lastly, the bed was not comfortable at all. The bonded pair of geese was fun to watch every morning.

Great Property

The unit was just right for my husband and I. We were actually close enough to walk to Broadway (it’s a little over a mile). The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. We don’t cook on vacation; however, the coffee pot worked great and there were adequate Kcups provided by the property owner. Uber wasn’t too expensive for traveling back to the room after dark. We actually arrived a little ahead of checkin time and the property manager gave us access to the room a little early. She was very helpful and attentive.

Electronic Door Lock

Our stay started out very hectic when we couldn't get the door lock open with the code we were sent. No one told us to pull on the door as you enter the code. The door lock needs to be fixed as we had issues every time we tried to use the lock. The access card for the door lock did not work at all. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Perfect

Clean and very nice. The door to the patio needs something to make it smoother when opening. It is a hassle sliding it open. Not impossible though. Stayed for two nights and had a great time. Will be coming back. The gym is horrible though. One smith machine and two sets of 10 lb. bumper plates. A few dumbbell options (5, 10, 15 & 30). A couple cardio machines. Would like to see that improve if I was to stay for a longer amount of time.

Good and bad

Bad start as couldn’t get door open. After multiple phone calls, eventually had someone come out to give us a door key out of the lockbox which also had the incorrect PIN number. Kept key for rest of trip. Place is quiet (away from the hustle and bustle). Lovely outlook over river. Well stocked with towels, cutlery, etc. But does need some serious work as bathroom door doesn’t close unless you really shove it, floors are very uneven and the door to get in… well it needs replacing as it doesn’t feel that secure. We were warned about upstairs noise and were fine, as we brought our earplugs with us. So, it had its good and bad points..
