Renter Beware!

House wasn't properly cleaned. Some of the sheets had not been changed. Oven doesn't work properly, not enough water pressure to take a shower. Only had 6 towels for 9 people and no wash cloths. We did complain and they brought them late Saturday evening and we left early Sunday morning so we didn't need them. No TVS in any of the bedrooms.

No lake

We visited from PA and were extremely surprised to see practically no lake around the property. We towed a boat 8 hrs and the dock on the property was useless. The home itself is pretty beat up- broken glass around the yard, window screens blowing in the wind, shower heads that flopped down and wouldn’t stay lifted. I’m not sure that the home was actually cleaned prior to our checkin. The prior guests’ trash filled the dumpsters, baseboards were dusty, and there was dirt in floor corners.

Great stay with minor negatives

Overall the house and property was clean. The ice maker in fridge didn’t work at all. There were no tvs in bedrooms. There were no towels. I called for more and they brought some the next day. The fireplace is not for heat just looks and we would’ve liked to turn it on but there was no switch or key to do that. The upstairs window screen was broken and one of the windows in the living room didn’t have blinds. Not a big deal just needs a few minor maintenance touches. And maybe updated pictures for online due to lake being dried up A LOT (maybe bc winter?)
