The home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 14 guests. There is a pool table in a rec room, a hot tub on a screened porch, plenty of outdoor seating and a floating dock that can accommodate up to 3 boats. A free public boat launch is 4 minutes away.
The interior of the home boasts a stone wood-burning fireplace, a well-stocked kitchen, and laundry facilities. The dining area provides ample space for large groups and the downstairs rec room features a pool table and sleeper sofa. Additionally, the lower level also has a family-size bedroom with a Queen bed and twin trundles. The home is equipped with high-speed internet and smart TVs located throughout.
Step outside to the huge screened-in porch, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The property also includes a hot tub, where you can soak in the beautiful views of Douglas Lake. The home has various decks for gathering, a sun deck, and a stairway leading to a floating dock that can accommodate up to 3 boats. There are 2 kayaks at the dock area. There are 2 life jackets and ores with the kayaks. Use at your own risk. Observe safety precautions when using the kayaks at all times. Return the kayaks, ores, and life jackets to their storage area before check out. By using the kayaks, you agree to hold the owner and management company harmless from any injuries that may occur.
