One of Charleston's Best! Terning Tides is a delightful 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in James Island, just a short bike ride to Folly Beach and a 10 minute car ride to Historic Downtown Charleston.
This home has a large side porch with plenty of seating for you and your guests. The trees that surround this home make it feel like a hidden gem.

On the interior, you will find a spacious open-concept living and dining area great for gathering for a meal or having a family game night. This home is made for making memories with loved ones.
The master bedroom has an en-suite master bathroom and features a queen-sized bed. The two guest bedrooms both have double beds and share a bathroom.

This home has its own in-unit washer and dryer as well. Please note that Terning Tides is not a pet friendly home.

Bridge Run Vacation

We came to Charleston for the Cooper Bridge 10k. It was something my father in law did every year into his 90’s, so we (the family) did it in his honor this year. The house on Ternsnest was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, was a short drive to the beach and close to grocery stores. We had a 4 year old and an 8 year old with us and they had plenty of room for playing. The host was quick to respond to texts through the app and even made us feel special with a welcome gift❤️ I gave 4 stars on the overall because it does need some maintenance. Exterior needs a coat of paint and better lighting at night. Interior is not horrible, but can do with the bathtubs being replaced or resurfaced and resealed. There’s no dining table (but the kitchen island works). There were 2 TVs. Both tiny for the room size. Even with all that, we would stay there again. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. There were even fresh flowers in a vase! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location.

great location

This place is in a great location if you want to go to Charleston or Folly Beach or anywhere else in the area. It was very clean and having the sheet and towel service is a bonus, especially if you have to leave early (as we did for a long ride home).

Good location, needs updates

Clean place close to where we wanted to be to visit family. Kitchen needs re-grouting and bathrooms need updates. Price was high for condition of the house.
