Should get better once constructions finishes, but it is not yet ready for prime time

Nothing in the listing mentioned the ongoing construction outside the building or the work being done througout parts of the building. Unfortunately, both began early and were quite intrusive in the unit. Additionally, we got the feeling that the kinks of the new building were not worked through yet. When we arrived, the cleaning crew did not complete their job, the kitchen faucet did not work and one bathroom faucet was lose and about to fall aprart. By the end of the second day, the cleaning crew completed their job and both faucets were fixed, but that was two days of unnecessary inconvenience and our contact through texting never picked up the phone but rather kept limited contact through texting with little acknowledgement of two days with the unit less than ready. Those issues aside and assuming the construction and kinks in the new building get resolved, the unit will be as represented and will be comfortable.

Family Ski Trip

We had a fabulous stay at the Electric Pass Lodge! The condo was perfect for our family of five. We skied in and out on Assay Hill and Bridges, and the Assay Hill Lift which connects to the Elk Camp Gondola is very close by. The condo is very nice. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the unit overlooks the pool so I was able to wave to my family. The building is peaceful and quiet and in a great location. We walked to dinners in the village and drove to downtown Aspen which was an easy 20 minute drive away. The airport is 15 minutes away and the closest grocery store is 5 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

New Years Celebration

Spent a wonderful and comfortable stay for new years celebration. The host was very responsive and available to answer questions. The space was perfect for our family, very clean, and well equiped. They really thought out a lot of special details to make it feel comfortable and cozy. The added bath products and humidifier in each room was a nice touch. Super location, ski in ski out, with storage, private parking, pool, gym and more! Super happy with the location, walking distance to base village. We walked to restaurants, ice skating and shops! Perfect for our kids to keep busy! Will most definitely be back!

New unit w/temperature control issues

This property is new and the unit is lovely. The pool is great and gym access in the adjacent building is a bonus. However, during my August 2023 stay, the air circulation system did not maintain the “always ideal” temperatures as advertised by the owner. The typical unit temperature during my stay was 77 degrees and went as high as 83 degrees at times (photo documentation available). The owner’s team was responsive but the issue was not resolved during my stay. If you prefer/define “always ideal” temperatures as those in the low 70’s (as I do), especially during typical sleeping hours, you would be advised to select a different building or a unit with true Air Conditioning for a stay during the summer months.

It's a unique place on earth to start, everything about Aspen/Snowmass is different than anywhere else, just breathtaking. The apartment is located at the Base Village of Snowmass with ski in/out, everything here is walking distance. The apartment was designed and decorated by Concept Design with high end furniture and very modern concept. All the facilities you will have while staying here you cannot easily find around here. Here you will have the best service and great amenities.
