Great location and cosy condo

We had a great stay! Location was great and condo very comfortable for our family. We had an issue with the fridge but the manager and owner did a great job getting it resolved and minimising impact to us, with a new fridge and great communication. They very much wanted us to enjoy our stay and it is much appreciated. We would love to stay there again.

Condo has a great location and a nice spacious layout. Very nice and private view and patio. Back bedroom and bath need updating. Excellent beds and bedding! Pool is very pleasant and private.

Great Visit to Snowmass / aspen

Five friends stayed for 50th birthday / World Cup weekend. The condo was very comfortable, had a great ski in ski out location and we could walk to snowmass village. We had one request to property manager which was taken care of quickly. We would definitely return!

Awesome Property for a family wanting easy ski in / ski out

We loved the Condo. It was a great location and easy to get to the lift with a short / flat ski in morning. Condo was clean, well appointed and easy to find. Only small suggestion is upgrading beds. Box springs in 2nd bedroom were not supportive and appeared well worn. Overall 5 Stars.

Great Time in Snowmass

Great place that lives like a large townhome. Ski access was like we’ve never had before and won’t be bothering with bus riding or car parking anymore. You can ski up the back door! Easy to come home for lunch and back on the hill in minutes. Steam shower and sauna were our favorites after a long day of skiing. Love! We will be back.

Excellent Location, Needs Updates

A short walk down the hill to the Assay Hill lift and about a 15 minute walk down the road to the nearest bus stop. Would have loved a map to direct us as we walked in circles around the building for a bit trying to find the closest route. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for the group. Appliances need to be updated and carpet removed from the bathroom. Sauna wasn't accessible during our stay, but the hot tub nearby was nice. We were there over X Games weekend and received some noise complaints from the upstairs neighbor at 7:30 PM, so I would probably recommend this place for families over friends especially during a busy weekend.

Great place!

The owner was very communicative and readily addressed any issues we had. The main bed was very comfortable, but the kids beds were not so much. Very squeaky and springy. The ski in/ski out was by a long cat walk to get to Assau Hill lift. Some walking was required to get up the hill to get enough momentum to make it all the way across the cat walk. And some walking to get back to the unit. But overall very convenient and a very nice place! Thank you!!

Fabulous!

This condo was extremely comfortable, it should be noted most of the furniture has been replaced and decor changed from what appears in the photos. Comfortable leather seats & couch are in the main living area, the king bed gave us the best nights sleep in a long time. We loved the gas fireplace, sauna and deep tub. Fantastic water pressure in the shower. Didn't take advantage of the community hot tub but saw others enjoying it. The kitchen was stocked with virtually every gadget and appliance you could ever need. Communication with Keith was excellent and he went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and make sure we were comfortable. Having the carport for one of our vehicles was particularly nice to not have to clean off the car after fresh snowfall. There was even a lovely welcome gift waiting for us upon our arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and convenient

Three of us were attending a weeklong ski race and found the property well suited for our needs. We stayed late in the season and snow leading in and out of the unit was getting bare but we were warned and it was just a minor inconvenience. Earlier in the season would have been fine. The property manager was very responsive to the few questions we had. Our overall experience was positive. We’d stay there again.

Attentive landlord and nice condo

Great Condo that is very spacious. Ski in/out from back porch to Assay Lift. Great stay and a very nice attentive landlord who was easy to communicate with. Covered Parking as well which was great for when we got a lot of snow.
