Our 3-bedroom, 3-bath pool house rests in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from historic downtown Deland full of great restaurants, bars, and shops. Complete with a beautifully updated kitchen and accommodations for 7 guests. Our home is only 30 min away from Daytona Beach, 60 min from Orlando and it's theme parks, and in close proximity to many springs & state parks.
