Easy to check in. Clear instructions! Great location for wedding at Granby Ranch. Bed was a little small for my husband and I. We are normal sized humans. To be more comfortable, we slept separate on the pull out couch which was very comfortable! Could use some new pillows but otherwise we slept good. Kitchen had all the necessities for our stay. Coffee was provided and even a few snacks! We will definitely be back!

Wedding Stay in August

The unit was very comfortable and convenient. It was a little warm during the day since there was no air conditioning, but it cooled down at night. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Base Camp 313 in Grandy! Everything was simple to find, get to and communication was great. Never had an issue. It was our first trip to Granby so we were unsure of what to expect, but everything exceeded our expectations! The overall location of Base Camp and this particular condo was ideal for skiing! The patio view was also nice! We could see part of the downstairs ski patio and the lifts, which was fun to watch during the day and evening as they worked the runs. The ski in and out, being located directly beside the ski rentals, restaurants, private lockers to keep stuff during the day, lifts and heated private garage was a major bonus! The condo was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for the week. A few things we noticed and would maybe recommend for any future stays would be that the condo stays pretty warm regardless of what the thermostat was set at, (we just opened the patio door to cool off), the bedroom bed and pillows could be upgraded and the shower head changed out. However, none of these things would keep us from coming back! We are already talking about when we should come back!

Granby paradise

Our family had an incredible stay at this facility. It was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation at the base of Granby ski resort. Facilities were clean and the use of the lockers on ground floor were a plus. The only thing we had difficulty locating was the pool and when we did we were told the hot tub wasn't working properly. We will definitely return in our family trips to come.

Comfortable and secluded with a catch

We had a beautiful stay in Granby. This apartment was a perfect place to stay - feels secluded yet a short drive to so many places. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, and utensils to fully use the kitchen. Gorgeous water pressure in the shower. A fireplace that will certainly heat up the place. And a sweet bed with decent comfort. A few notes though: 1. The balcony looks over an event center which hosted a wedding reception on our 2nd night. The live band was obnoxiously loud and played an hour past "quiet hours." It would've been nice to have notice of this. 2. We contacted the property manager via email and text about 2 different questions and never heard a reply for either. 3. They provide coffee grounds but no coffee filters. They provide K-cups but no Keurig. 4. A sign in the apartment states the hot tub is open 24 hours but the gate to the pool was locked after 10 pm. Overall, we'd definitely stay again, but we'd ask if any events were scheduled at the event center first!

We are deeply sorry that this even affected your stay negatively. Coffee grounds provided as an additional perk during your stay, sorry you were unable to locate the coffee filters in the unit. You will need to know your unit number and length of stay upon check-in.-Cost is $10 per person per day 8 years and younger are free-Guest will need pick up the key at Ranch Hall from between the hours of 8-4:45-Guest will need to return key daily or they be charged.Please note: In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.  This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.
