My family and I had an awesome time here at Kathy’s house. There is plenty of space and the awning out on the deck made it super easy for my elderly mom to sit outside on sunny days. A truly great property that we look forward to staying at again when we are in the area.

We spent everyday in the water and on the rental pontoon which was conveniently located in this marina. Cooking amenities were excellent as my family enjoys cooking and grilling. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space watching sports and sitting around the firepit!

This place is truly a lake front paradise. We had a spectacular view of a harbor and the hills. We visited during the fall and it was so perfectly peacful and quiet. There are several cozy hangout spots and everything was clean and wonderful. Kathy is a great host!

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house. Our large family was in town for the LMU-DCOM White Coat Ceremony, and having a place where we could all be together made the weekend even more special. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and perfect for gathering, cooking, and spending time together. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. We made memories here we will always cherish. Highly recommend!

Our 3 day stay at this beautiful house was amazing. We were 3 families - 6 adults and 4 kids. The living areas couldn't have been improved upon. The large kitchen included everything we needed to prepare our meals. There were wonderful areas to relax inside and out. Great views from the decks. The sleeping accommodations worked out well. The dock access was pretty easy. We were near the end of the lake and had hardly any boat traffic, so it was easy, using our and their kayaks, to have enjoyable paddling, even to visit the marina's restaurant. Our host was special. We can't wait to stay there again!

Awesome place

The house was awesome. Wonderful location. It’s 50 steps to the lower level, which has two bedrooms. That’s much less than most of the other houses on the lake. The location was spectacular. It is on a dead end road so you have no neighbors. The only negative although it could be a positive depending on your perspective, is you directly across the inlet from the marina so you have a view of the marina the whole time. You do have a view of the lake as well. There’s not much activity at the Marina so I do not view it as a negative. The area is great as it is at the end of the lake that has very little traffic. Even on Fourth of July July, there were not very many boats and you could drive for three minutes to areas with no one also some of the houses are not friendly to get to the water and this one is very easy

Thank you so much for the great review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the house, the location, and the easy access to the water—especially during a busy holiday like the 4th of July! The peaceful setting at the end of the lake really is something special, and we're glad it made your stay relaxing and memorable. We appreciate your note about the marina view—it’s true, some guests enjoy seeing a little activity across the way, while still having that open lake feel. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

The home was clean and a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoyed the stairs to access the lake as we have stayed at other places with a lot more stairs and very long steep slopes. We felt very safe having the kids swim as there was no boat traffic in the cove. We rented a boat from the marina that was very close also enjoyed food at Jimmys at Norris landing marina. The kayaks were a nice touch as well as the pool table and fire pit. We hope to make a return visit to this home sometime in the future. Would highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and spacious - kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of deck space to hang out - we had a bonfire a couple nights. Loved the private dock for our pontoon and to swim off of. Host was easily reachable and easy to communicate with. Would definitely love to come back.
