Tinkerbell’s Palace - Minutes to Disney, Discovery Cove and Universal!

Spectacular newly renovated 9 bedroom, 6 bath family retreat. Themed Encanto and Toy Story bedrooms for the little ones. Mario themed game room with Hoops, Fast & Furious cycles, air hockey, Aliens and Pacman. Screened back yard with pool and spa. Spacious kitchen and living room. Upstairs theater, children’s play area and shuffleboard. The Windsor at Westside club house include a gym, large pool with slides, splash pad, lazy river, arcade room, dining and more!
Pool and spa heat available. Select "Spa" for this option. Pool and spa heat must be selected for entire stay. UV sanitizing air conditioning improves indoor air quality by killing bacteria, viruses, and mold spores. Pool heating can be reduced by low ambient temperatures.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash must be placed in tall kitchen bags and placed in the outdoor garbage can. The community will fine us $300 if there is loose garbage in the outdoor garbage can,
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking. The property is strictly non-smoking. Additional charges and termination may apply for smoking ‎anywhere on the property.‎
Garbage (including recycling) must be bagged and placed in the outdoor garbage bin. Recycling may be ‎mixed with household garbage.‎
Children ‎should not use the pool or spa unless supervised by adult. Roughor potentially ‎injurious play is not permitted.

We loved this property! We hosted a company retreat with multiple families and couples. This property suited our needs perfectly. The kids' rooms were beautifully themed and painted, the adult rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and the community spaces were well thought out, organized and well stocked with essentials. The game room and the pool were also excellent. Our host was great and answered multiple questions while we were there with fast, helpful responses. We will definitely stay in this property again and would recommend it for any large groups.

Spacious, well appointed home perfect for our family reunion!

This property was perfect for our Christmas family reunion! The home was exactly as advertised, with high end appliances, hand painted murals, and plenty of space for our group of 17 to make memories. It was a short walk across the main road to the clubhouse for more pool & arcade fun. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a multi-generational group

This rental house was PERFECT and exactly as described! We had a group of 19 people ranging from 12 years old to senior citizens and the house had space for everyone. We especially loved the loft area in on the upper floor for the teens to hangout. The kitchen was well-stocked and the table had enough space for everyone to eat together. Communication with the property owner was seamless and they were very attentive to our needs and answered any questions that came up during our stay. We have stayed at properties near Disney World before and this was by far our favorite! It was a close drive to the Disney parks and we never encountered much traffic (which definitely has happened at other locations). I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future - it really was such a great home base for our large group. It was beautifully clean and had really fun amenities - my youngest loved the Encanto room, the teens loved the arcade, and we all loved the pool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
