Enjoy plenty of room for the entire family in this updated home in the lovely Aksarben Village District. Area is near 72nd and Dodge Street close to UNO. Sit back, relax and grill if desired on the private deck. Sleep in late with Total black-out curtains in all bedrooms. Home includes off street parking.
Minutes from CWS Charles Schwab Ball Field, Aksarben Village, Midtown Crossing, and Blackstone District. Ten minutes to Henry Doorly Zoo and Benson Districts. A five minute walk to public transportation (including ORBIT).

We have both lived in Omaha 30+ years and enjoy many of the local entertainment opportunities. We enjoy performing arts and have season tickets to the Orpheum theatre. We also love sports and have season tickets to Omaha's first professional volleyball team at the CHI Center for the SuperNovas.

Why they chose this property

This property is so convenient to everything in Omaha. Great shopping, outstanding food options from fast food to romantic upscale options and everything in between. Less than a 15 minute drive to all the Omaha attractions from historic Boystown to our world class Henry Doorly Zoo and everything in between.

What makes this property unique

Our property is very centrally located. You can get to most places within a 10-15 minute drive. Extremely close to several hospitals and University of Nebraska college campus. It's a 7-10 minute drive to Omaha Eppley Airport. The house is in walking distance to retail shopping, coffee shops, grocery stores and many choices of restaurants (fast food and nicer sit down). . 72nd and Dodge is within walking distance which connects you to our local transportation system if you don't have a car. Uber, Lyft, and Drive friendly. Walking paths that connect you to the entire city are a 3 minute drive from the house.
