About this property

Unwind in your island oasis between the pristine sandy beach and the serene intercoastal waters. After a day at the beach or a kayak trip on the river, enjoy a cool outdoor shower then watch the sunset from the comfort of your Tiki swing or enjoy a cookout on the backyard deck. There are plenty of local fun spots to visit and you are also close to shopping, dining and local music venues. Whatever you do, it's always a Flip Flop day!
This cozy retreat has many updates throughout all the rooms. It is perfect for a family, couples or a group of friends. The second bedroom has two extra long twins that can be converted to a queen. The sunroom is equipped with a table for 6 for dining or games. Outside, the converted shed has AC and may also be used as an extra bed or picnic area.
The beach bungalow is yours to enjoy!
Other things to note:
The washer and dryer are in the garage. There are also bikes, coolers, beach chairs and towels for your use and a wet/dry vac if needed. Please rinse off items after use and shake towels. The sand will ruin the washer.
Also, the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach. It is helpful to avoid clogging up the indoor shower and sink with sand.
Note: there is a colorful armoire in the garage that is used for the owners' storage. There are also tools and ladders that are the owners' property. Please respect them. Thank you.

Just perfect!

Wonderful little beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short 5-minute walk. Tom Renick Park, with public bathrooms and other amenities, is right there on the beach. The house is well stocked, clean, cute and comfortable. The outdoor shower is also amazing. We loved our stay at this little island themed home.

Enchanting cottage
