Great Getaway in FL

Our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) had a wonderful time in Florida at this property. It was a short drive to the beach and close to everything we needed. Would stay here again!! Host was very attentive and helpful answering any questions.

Nice, convenient stay

My family had a very nice stay. The house is very convenient to spring training baseball and Clearwater Beach and Dunedin. The house had everything we needed. The game room was a nice addition to our couple of nights at the house. It was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time! Family came in from multiple states for our son’s engagement proposal in Dunedin. The home was well designed & furnished. The beds were all very comfortable. The master bath shower was Amazing! Water pressure in the guest bath was great too. The pool was sparkling. The pergola was great for outside visiting. Good privacy. Wonderful pool table, darts, & corn hole. Could use a few more bath linens and there were no kitchen towels or wash cloths. But over all, this property & host were wonderful!

First snowbird season!

Wow! What an amazing house for our first snowbird season. The house is exactly as pictured! The location for us was great to ride bikes and spend time with our family who live about a mile from the house.The checkin was easy and any questions we had, were answered promptly. Could not have asked for a better host! We will definitely spend another season at this house, cannot wait to go back!Thank you so much! Roy and Julie.

Great property

The home is at a great location with ease of access to a lot of cities. Our two families were very comfortable in this 4 bedroom house. The home has all the amenities you will need from kitchen supplies and utensils to laundry. Towels were plentiful for trips to the beach and pool. The host was very accommodating and communication was very easy. I would definitely recommend staying.

Beautifully renovated, spacious & comfortable for our family of 9

Pics are exactly as advertised - wonderfully updated, lots of room for our party of 9, and clean. Centrally located for wedding festivities in Safety Harbor, and we even had time to sneak in a visit to the Marine Aquarium nearby. Owner was wonderfully responsive from booking through checkout. Only minor point to note is that this property does NOT have a hot tub as indicated, and pool is not heated. Would definitely recommend!

A destination in itself

This house has a multitude of amenities. I highly recommend this house if you have teenagers. A lot to do without leaving the home. The pool is very well kept and the outdoor space is great for hanging out in the shade or in the sun. The pool table kept the girls occupied many nights as well. All the rooms are spacious and the towels/linens are plentiful. A large dining room table is great and conveniently located off the large kitchen with updated appliances. There are Samsung TV's in every bedroom and one in the living room. The fancy shower in the master bath is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location makes it easy to get to many places easily. A great place for a family or friends vacation.

Fun vacation home!

My book club, 8 women, really enjoyed our stay here when we went for a girls' trip. The house is immaculate and well-laid-out. Cute decor! The owner was flexible in letting us check in a little early, and it was easy to access the property. The location was convenient to many Clearwater and Dunedin beaches, shopping and restaurants. Parking was okay for 3-4 cars, even though the pool table is in the garage. The only thing I'd mention, for another group like ours (unrelated adults) is that the house is a split plan, so one of the bathrooms is on one side of the house, connected to the master bathroom, while the other is shared by 3 bedrooms, which meant 6 people shared a single bathroom. We only stayed 2 nights, so it was okay, and it probably wouldn't be as big a deal for a family with children. The place had an ample number of chairs, including lounges on the patio, and we really enjoyed the pool and patio. It also had televisions a lot of extra amenities. One of our group is considering coming back with her family.
