Welcome to your Desert Ridge–area retreat, close to Paradise Valley and Scottsdale!

This renovated single-level home is designed for comfort, connection, and fun — ideal for families, groups, or work trips. The bright open-concept living space features a large kitchen with modern appliances, generous counter space, and a cozy dining area with fireplace. A built-in office nook makes remote work easy.

Enjoy the upscale game room with a large sectional, poker table for six, and retro arcade — perfect for game nights.

Step outside to your private south-facing pool, covered patio, cushioned seating, and sunny deck — great for lounging by day or unwinding in the evening.

Sleeps up to 10 (best for a mix of adults and children):
- Primary suite: King bed, ensuite bath, TV
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV
- Living room: Sectional (sleeps 2) + foldable twin

Five TVs throughout, including an oversized living-room screen.

Ideally located near Costco, popular restaurants, and shopping, with quick access to Loop 101 and SR-51. Walk to a nearby park with a kids’ playground, and enjoy golf, hiking, dining, and entertainment just minutes away — with most Phoenix metro attractions reachable within 30 minutes or less.

Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior are not tolerated. Neighbors are attentive and will contact local authorities if quiet hours are not respected.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Leave the home in a reasonable level of cleanliness. • Close all windows and secure the patio door and entry door • Place all trash in the designated bins at the NW corner of the house.
Before you leave, please turn off the following: * water faucets * oven and stove * heating or cooling at the thermostat

Lovely house with lots for our teenage boys to do. The host was very accommodating and was easy to reach. Went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Only note is that the master bathroom has no doors for privacy in shower or toilet from bedroom. Not a big deal and it’s just how the house is built but should be noted that whoever stays in there needs to be close and comfortable.

Clean and Comfortable!

We had a great time at this rental. The first thing we noticed was how impeccably clean the entire property was. Spotless floors, fresh linens, and clearly cared for. The pool was a huge highlight for us. There is a wonderful oversized patio with plenty of seating. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this rental to families and groups of friends

The photos don't capture the full beauty of this house. I enjoyed my stay as the hosts were kind and understanding. It's located in a nice neighborhood with many scenic views and places to go. This house is the place to be!

The best place I've ever been!

I would highly recommend this place! So clean, so many cool amenities, games, grill and especially the pool! My family really enjoyed this place and I have to say the home was properly equipped. Also very important there is a great park nearby and Costco is around the corner. The check in / check out was easy and the hosts very accommodating. Thank you for the great experience!

Fantastic host and neighborhood

Drake was an absolutely fantastic host! The house was extremely clean and he went above and beyond with helping us with anything we needed. He even dropped off chairs for us to use at a soccer game so we didn’t have to buy any. The property was beautiful and the neighborhood was wonderful! We could not have been happier and highly recommend this property!

This house was amazing! Clean, great neighborhood. We felt very safe! If you forget anything, this house probabaly has it. Well equipped with anything you can think of. We traveled from Wyoming and even enjoyed the pool in December. Great stay. We havr fanily only about a mile away and would 100% stay here again!! Best choice.

Birthday summer fun

We wanted to take a last min staycation for my daughter's 5th birthday and saw this beautiful home. I asked host if we can have a small gathering and for a small price for cleaning this was okay. The pool was very inviting and very clean so was the home itself. The neighborhood seemed very family friendly. The neighbors actually said hi to us. We liked the home so much we didn't want to leave and stayed an extra night! Beds were very comfy, we would definitely stay here again! 10/10!
