This coastal gem is waiting for your arrival with its brand new heated swimming pool! Fresh, inviting remodeled unit with new kitchen, bath, furniture and appliances. Contains two leather sofas one is a sleeper with a queen-size memory foam mattress. The rear yard is like a little oasis with new patio furniture, pavers, shell, grill and griddle. Enjoy a beverage or meal at several bars/restaurants that are within walking distance and are location is only 4 miles (7minutes) to the beautiful Englewood Beach. You will also have the opportunity to visit two other beaches (Boca Grande & Manasota) about 20 minutes North or South. Its about 2.5 hours to all the parks in Orlando. Bring your kayak! 1/4 mile direct access to Lemon Bay and the area is known as a kayakers paradise. Visit charming downtown Englewood where you can explore local shops, dine at restaurants and visit near my Indian Mound Park. Local planned events are common. This unit features a RV/Boat parking pad. Inside the fence. Message for details. There is also a county recreation center just a mile away with pickleball/basketball courts. The area is also recognized for its charming small-town atmosphere, excellent fishing opportunities, and the annual "Englewood Pioneer Days" celebration, which showcases the community's history and culture. Additionally, the Lemon Bay Playhouse and Stump Pass Beach State Park are popular attractions in the area. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that are just moments from the shoreline!

Amazing Stay

Had a Fantastic time with my friends. This place is in a great location close to really good restaurants and the beach. Host were very responsive, and condo was extremely clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Beautiful, newly renovated

The property was beautiful. New pool. Great back yard. Very clean with every amenity (grill, griddle, washer, dryer). The only thing I wasn’t aware of before renting is that this is an end unit connected to two other units. I didn’t know that we would have to share the pool with the other two units, which made me a little uncomfortable with my kids. However, I would rent again if I had family members rent out the other two units. The kids had a great time.

Paradise!

This was a girls vacation, a group of 5. We all enjoyed the property! It was exactly like the pictures, clean and tastefully decorated, simple but clean. The back yard was amazing with the new pool. Sharing with the other two units (3 total), was not an issue. I think it would be a great place to vacation with small families that would like to have some privacy, to be able to rent all three. The only thing I can say negative is that there is only one bathroom so five or more people is kind of difficult to get ready for an outing. I would definitely recommend this place! Englewood is easy to get around and much less busy than other areas
