Newly built modern farm house on a secluded 7 acres minutes from the EAA grounds. Less than 5 miles away from the main entrance 2.5 miles away from one from entrance 19. Enjoy a quick drive without having to get on the highway. 3 bedrooms that accommodate 7 guests. Lots of space to spread out in main floor living area, sitting room, and bonus room. On sweet bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower with 2 shower heads. Plus a full and half bath. Gourmet kitchen with a 6 burner stove and double ovens. Enjoy sitting on the front wrap around porch and back patio. Enjoy the scenery or explore the property.

Airventure visit

Excellent location for Airventure in a brand new house. Beds were comfortable and the bonus room is huge. The front and back porches are big enough to be out in a downpour and barely get wet, plus one can watch air traffic off the end of the runway. Lots of small touches from the responsive host too.
