- The saltwater outdoor Pool gets automatically cleaned and sanitized by a 24/7 system, but sometimes it may get leaves and debris to fall over it if there is a storm in the weather prior to your arrival. So expect that and don't take that as a sign of being dirty.

1. Guests must vacate the room prior to 11 am of the check-out date unless agreed on otherwise
2. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the cottage.
3. Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy in their reservation or an additional charge may apply. 6 Cameras are all around the exterior of the cottage.
4. Early check-ins must be notified to the host in advance.
5. Please do not throw any garbage in the toilet it may cause blockages that will be fixed at the guest's expanse.
