Cozy water-front cottage on the canal of Lagoon City with direct access to Lake Simcoe available for rent. Lagoon City is a small resort community just 90mins drive from the GTA and 20-30 mins from Orillia.
Completely furnished home with 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms comfortably accommodates up to 7(8) persons. Kitchen is equipped with dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, electric grill, stove, airfryer/oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer. Portable AC in the living room, fans on the ceiling in each of the rooms.
Eat in the kitchen with appliances, cutlery and utensils.
Large waterfront deck faces East. You can park your boat. Back patio is equipped with two tables and chairs, and a fire-pit with a grill rack at the backyard. There is roomy outdoor space at the cottage to enjoy, large enough for children to play in. With all the outdoor space available, you can follow the sun all day long, or find places to keep cool in the shade. Free parking up to 4-5 cars at the property.

8 minute walk to a beautiful community-restricted sandy beach with clear water swimming, waist high water 200 meters out (wristband to access private beach provided).

Lagoon City Pier One Waterfront Dining and Resort, 900 meters from the house, offers an indoor heated pool, sauna, independent wellness spa, and a restaurant with a large patio. “Lantera” Italian restaurant and grocery is 5 mins by car.

Bring your bicycles to ride and enjoy the Lagoon City view with its canals, yachts and boats gliding on the water. Sandy beach, clear water, docks, kayaks, breathtaking sunsets, the perfect spot to just kick back unwind and enjoy with family and friends. Large abundance of fishing, hiking, kayaking.

Lagoon City offers a wide range of recreational water sport rentals, including kayak, canoes, peddle boats, bicycles at Lake Country Adventure Co.
Frozen Simcoe lake during winter season provides the possibility of hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling and hiking trails.

House is a10-minute drive to the commercial core of Brechin with its stores, gas station, and restaurants. Casino Rama is 25km away. Orillia downtown is about 20mins drive. Brechin region offers golf courses, as well as horseback riding facilities.
