Situated just approximately 22 km from city center, the villa is one of the most private and peaceful places to relax, unwind and enjoy the nature.

A large seaside villa in the heart of the scenic Arboreteum with swimming pool, infra red sauna, a large 2 zone- kitchen, wireless home sound system, a large dining area to host family and friends.

4 bathrooms with shower and toilet and 1 extra toilet in the living room, 3 living rooms/ TV room and 6 bedrooms. A large laundry room is available for guest use, making long stays more convenient.

The spacious terraces overlooking the lush garden and breathtaking view of fana fjord, with sunbeds , outdoor fireplace, and lounge sets ideal for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the fresh norwegian air.

The villa has direct access to the hiking area The Norwegian Arboretum and Botanical Garden. It has approx. 38 meter sea line and deep water quay. Grønneviken bathing beach is also a short walk away.

Wonderful location and great views

Imelda is a great host and was very helpful in ensuring all of our requirements and requests were met. The house is located in a beautiful scenic part of town and has all the amenities we were looking for.

Beautiful location. Gorgeous views.

Lots of room, light and great kitchen. Just gorgeous back gardens and access to water and dock. Probably could be clearer how to operate the many wonderful amenities (W&D, media systems, pool) but the setting is the raison d'être! Wonderful place.

Incredible!

The house is spectacular and in a perfect location—we didn’t want to be right in Bergen but it is an easy 20 min drive away. The property is secluded and surrounded by an arboretum and swimming area—all beautiful. Imelda was responsive and so helpful/sweet. Highly recommend!
