About this property

Light filled, Open Concept Loft in Crestone Pet Friendly

Two level, remodeled, loft style home with a large deck and spectacular views. Home is situated five minutes drive from town of Crestone. Three quarter mile walk from the home provides access to Willow Lake, South Crestone Lake and Wilderness Area trailheads.
We do accept house trained, well behaved dogs. Pet fee is $15 per day, per dog.

There are two sets of stairs.
Exterior stairs access main area of the loft. Main area consists of kitchen, living and dining areas, half bath, coat closet and utility room with washer and dryer.
The pullout sofa in the living room opens into queen size bed.
Interior stairs of the loft access master sleeping area and balcony.
Sleeping area consists of queen size bed, bathroom with shower and 4 foot bathtub and walk in closet.
Balcony has a small sitting area with two chairs and bistro table. Balcony provides sweeping views of the San Luis Valley and magnificent sunsets.
The first level of the house with it's own separate entryway are the owner's quarters.

Great spot in the pinions.

Lovely spot in the pinion trees above the valley with incredible views. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place

We had a great stay, the property was great and well stocked! There is gaps in the windows above the air conditioners which led to a lot of mosquitos getting in but other than a few bites we had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is filled with light, lots of windows with views. The place was thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. Private, 5 minutes from the tiny town of Crestone. A quiet, happy space.

Wonderful stay and host

The host has thought of every detail to make a stay comfortable and convenient. We found the kitchen well-appointed and the bed and other furniture quite comfy. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, and the location was perfect for us: tranquil mountain setting yet close enough to town, retreat centers and Great Sand Dunes NP. You'll enjoy any amount of time you spend here. A huge thank you to our host for sharing this beautiful space!

Crestone Hideaway

The place was absolutely awesome as advertised. Crestone was such a cool unique place. Highly recommend Elephant Cloud Market! The location was perfect for visiting the Dunes and going skiing. Zarko was phenomenal. He did not stay at the cottage until the night before checkout and we got hit with snow and he had shoveled our car and the driveway out so we could get out easily without imposing at all

“The place is an absolute magic!!! From the very first step into an extremely gorgeous, beauty-conducive, and open-space welcoming entry, to the fact that the host put an immense amount of work to make it the best get-away!!! We have stayed for a couple of nights about two weeks ago, and we could not be more grateful to the wonderful people that share their property with poor lost souls like ours! Quiet, immense views of the night skies, wonderful hiking in the morn and afternoon. Not far away from Grand Sand Dunes, Joyful Journey and Valley View hot springs. Overall, if you decide to stay at Crestone CO, please stay at this miraculous location, and share with the hosts that are absolutely respectful, considerate, and just amazing!!!
