The Overlook at Batchelor Bend offers all you need for the perfect stay on Lake Ferguson- spacious screened porch, boat ramp with ample parking of truck & trailer, loop driveway for easy approach and exit, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with extra single sleeper chair, outdoor shower and covered storage for lake gear on bottom level. Ceiling fans, spacious den, dining, and kitchen. Stunning sunset views. Pet friendly with fenced area and dog door. Cargo elevator. *** Please note that boat ramp is useable to "about" 23' lake level. At that point, you will need to use the Greenville Marina (about 10 minutes to put-in) or the neighborhood boat ramp (1 minute away with small fee) to launch your boat.

Beautiful home with gorgeous panoramic views of the lake! The home was clean, well stocked, and updated. It was a little difficult to get to everything due to how remote it was, however, the views and creature comforts were WELL worth the drive. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you again for a FANTASTIC week at the lake!

The property is super nice. It was very clean and had everything I needed for a weekend trip. The only problem I had was the toilets stopped filling properly. The manager was called and he sent someone out rather quickly to investigate. Other than that, my stay was great and would stay again if back in the area again!

Cozy beautifully renovated house with lots of interesting mississippi artwork.

Property beautiful but town of Greenville is in abject urban decay! Traveling thru surrounding areas felt unsafe! Nothing to do in town for restaurants or walking around. Also, was awake all night from eighbors 2 German Shepards barki g all night.

BEST PLACE EVER

We had such a great time on our trip and the lake house was actually the icing on the cake! It was so serene and beautiful - the outside screened in porch was to die for - if it had been a little bit warmer I would have slept out there - just gorgeous. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was a dream to cook in! Our kiddos are 8, 12 and 15 and enjoyed going down by the water and doing a little fishing and a couple nights we roasted marshmallows in the fire pit outside❤️❤️❤️. Our dog Molly was with us and she adapted so well to her surroundings - we always take Molly with us so it was very important that pets were allowed - non pet lovers don’t worry the place is immaculate!!! We can’t wait to visit the Delta again and we know exactly where we are staying (if it’s available)🙏🙏🙏

Lakefront living on Lake Ferguson is such a special treat- the birdlife, boating activities, sunsets, the quiet... we want guests visiting the Delta to have the chance to experience it while we're not utilizing the space. We live nearby- all born and raised in Greenville and love sharing this unique culture with visitors. Hospitality is in our genes :-)

Why they chose this property

We love being able to launch the jon-boat or pontoon and head out for fishing and joy riding on the lake, followed by a quiet evening on the porch gratefully watching the day end.
