This unique apartment has a style all its own. Cozy and romantic environment for a couples retreat, family suitable , infants welcomed. Spectacular Ocean and Golf course view and access. Caribbean weather all year around. A 15 minute drive to EL YUNQUE rainforest. Main supermarkets, outlet malls, and great restaurants minutes away. Tourists getaways, like horseback riding, four tracks, bioluminescent kayaking, catamaran rides and small islands tours, all near for booking.

The property has one complete room with its own bathroom. A king size bed accommodates it with a/c and tv. Washer and Dryer are included. A second complete bathroom is close to the kitchen and living room. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and all kitchen utilities necessary.

Rio Grande is a great city. Has everything you need to have the best vacations. It's just 25 minutes away from our International Airport, and Old San Juan. Lots of restaurants, and close to the Ferry where you get to go to Culebra or Vieques and appreciate the best beaches in the Carribean.

Trocean View, as the apartment is named, is a Tropical and Ocean View getaway. Just recently full remodeled with modern and luxury details throughout the unit. Beautiful kitchen with all the appliances needed, king size bed, two full bathrooms, laundry and air conditioner.
