Right where you want to be! Minutes from the area's best beaches, Gardens Mall & Downtown, exceptional dining, entertainment, scuba/fishing charters and shopping! Sea Gull is a fully remodeled, modern, super clean and fully equipped home offering convenience and centrality to the best of the Palm Beaches: Jupiter, Singer Island and West Palm Beach.
The space
The home was fully remodeled in 2021. All appliances and features are like-new. Well sized living spaces and reasonably sized bedrooms with closet organizers and dressers make this the perfect space for groups up to 6, for short term and long term stays alike. The large paver driveway accommodates up to four vehicles. A fully fenced and gated back yard welcomes well-managed pets and provides for outdoor dining (including a BBQ grill).
Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to all areas of the property, inside and out, with the exception of a locked 10x20 storage shed in the back yard where the owner keeps supplies for the home and random personal items.
Other things to note
Guests interested in guided dives, refresher training, scuba certifications or renting snorkeling/diving gear during their stay are encouraged to use us as a resource.

Guests interested in watercraft may be eligible to rent one of my boats - to be negotiated independent of this listing.

I own and operate a 6-pack charter boat as well! If you hope to get on or under the water during your stay, I offer half and full day trips on my 27-foot Sea Cat.

This house was a great value for our family of 5 with plenty of space for the kids to play in the living areas and backyard. The bunk beds were a great feature as well. Highly recommend!

This house is perfect for a small family. Even more perfect if you have a dog. Also, if you happen to stay around Christmas the neighborhood has truly excellent light displays.

IMACULATE HOME!!!!

I would like to give this home 10 stars if I could for it's cleanliness and well stocked amenities! That said, I do want to warn future guests that the 2 queen beds were incredibly uncomfortable and old and impossible to sleep in. My 82 year old husband had to crawl into the lower bunk bed (VERY COMFORTABLE) and I slept on the couch (also comfortable) so we made it work! Otherwise, great home!
