This was a nice location close to Lake Martin. We enoyed the nearby restaurants and quiet neighborhood.

Great cozy getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and comfortable! We absolutely loved the back porch and pool! Great restaurants and of course the convenience of Lake Martin. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be staying here coming back.

Great Trip

The house was as advertised, or better. Neighborhood was fantastic, pool and lake access were perfect. Great weekend with friends.

Nice stay

The house was everything that we expected and more. The only suggestion that I would have is some bigger pots and pans, had difficulty cooking for my family with the size provided.

Lake Martin retreat

We stayed here to be near Auburn during a football weekend. It worked great. Clean place. Nice setup. Would certainly consider staying here again.

Disappointed

There were numerous problems starting with the online description. Said there was a private pool, it was a community pool. This has been changed online since I reported it. Stormed the day before our arrival which knocked out some of the electric, air conditioner, and stove. All of the above we inoperable when we arrived. The air was fixed late in the evening, stove late the next day, some of the outlet still not working when checked out 3 days later. Property manager wasn't the best. Will not use their services again.

We are sorry for your inconvenience, but we did work tirelessly to fix the problems. It was an act of God out of our control. Lightening struck a line & knocked out an appliance, a couple of cgi, the golf cart & thermostat. Our maintenance person worked until late to fix it, brought & installed a brand new stove, fixed outlets. We also in a good faith effort comped the night. You thought that wasn't enough & called me several times demanding we pay you an inconvenience fee on top of comping the night & hustling to make everything right. No where in our description does it advertise a private pool. It's a community pool. i'm sorry you were so distraught over something that was of no fault of ours. We worked really hard to make you happy & i'm sorry that wasn't possible. We honestly couldn't have done more under the circumstances. It's a beautiful, new home & It's regretful that you didn't mention that. Although, you did call me & hold the threat of your review over my head if i didn't pay the inconvenience fee you wanted. I wish you the best, Margie.
