A/C mini-splits perfect for warm summer nights or enjoy the screened in porch. Finished basement perfect for a visitor or play room. Short jaunt to area shops and restaurants. 1 Mile to Nauset Beach.
**Bring your own bed sheets (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) pillow cases and bath towels.**
As an option, on your way in there are several linen rental companies on the cape or Furies Linen Rentals out in Wellfleet.
