Fantastic

Everything from the time I left my office and the 5 hour drive there is was so Wonderful to open the front door and see that this VRBO was even Better than I had expected. The pool The Yard The landscaping was Gorgeous The communication with Tammy was Outstanding, If there was a need for anything she responded within a few minutes. If I return to Sarasota for a visit I will be staying here once again. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to have a Fabulous stay for my Son's Gender Reveal.

Horrible host, cancelled last minute

Booked this hotel about a week before our scheduled stay. 2 hours from checkin, got a notification “your reservation has been cancelled”. The host had a “software issue” that caused a double booking and cancelled my reservation when I was an hour away from the destination. All we got was a refund and a “sorry oopsie”. Avoid at all costs and will never be doing business with VRBO and especially this host again. VRBO was kind enough to put us up for the night in the cheapest motel they could find, so there’s that.

Great getaway

I highly recommend this property. It is a beautiful home with lots of updates and a great location. The back inside patio and pool area was perfect!

Wonderful stay

The place was simply beautiful, we stayed with our 2 teenagers and our 2 four legged babies. All of us had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed. If, we are again in the area, we will not hesitate to stay there again.

Cute little property

Property and house were very nice and clean and in a nice little neighborhood that backs up to a golf course. Lots of places to sit inside and outside that were comfortable. Pool area was very nice. Main beds were comfortable but the kid beds seem a little hard - my daughter said they were fine. Things to note: -Upper bunk is quite high - but it was secure -There is some airplane noise but inside the house it was fine and I’m a light sleeper -You will be about 20-30 minutes from the beach -You will have to pay additional $ to heat the pool (and hot tub is not separate so it won’t be hot) We would stay here again. It was clean comfortable and the owner was responsive. Also, lots of nice little touches with toiletries, lots of towels, laundry detergent, etc.
