Fully furnished basement equipped with 4 TV's, living room, game room with ping pong/pool table, workout room with treadmill, weights, kettle bells and TRX System, bar with ice maker and infrared sauna. Property includes a full patio with outdoor furniture, gas grill and a 20 x 40 heated Inground swimming pool with automatic cover safety feature. Guests can also surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access.

Situated near the Silver Spring and Wanakee golf courses, guests can enjoy an afternoon of golfing and hanging at the country club.
