Welcome to Sunrise in Salvo, NC! This stunning 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home offers breathtaking ocean views that will exceed your every expectation. From the moment you enter this well-appointed home, you will be captivated by its open and airy layout, expansive windows, and soaring ceilings, all of which seamlessly blend the outdoors with the indoors.

The top floor has the kitchen, a sun room, queen bedroom and full bath. An expansive deck provides spectacular ocean views. The middle floor boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a den (with sleeper sofa). The bottom floor has a queen bedroom, 1.5 baths, game room with pool table and full-size refrigerator + microwave. The 12 ft x 32 ft private pool, hot tub and 2 outdoor showers await outside. Take a walk over the dunes to enjoy a day at the beach.

Maximum two housebroken dogs. No other pets permitted.

TV streaming service provided. No cable TV.

Pool season:
- 2025: 3/30 - 11/9
- 2026: 3/29 - 11/8

Hot tub season:
- 2025: 3/30 - 1/4/26
- 2026: 3/29 - 1/3/27

Sheets, bed making (minus top bunks and sleeper sofa) and bath towel sets are provided for all stays. Bath towel sets are provided for the number of people indicated in the reservation, and each set includes a bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth.

Guests to furnish their own cleaning supplies, paper products and beach towels. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap is provided to guests.

This home has a Sunday turnover and requires weekly rentals in high season. There is flexibility on check-in day during the low season. There is a keyless entry. Guests will receive a Welcome Guide from VRBO via email 3 days prior to check-in with their access code.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera facing the driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces.

Home was clean and very well furnished also plenty of seating on the deck. The sitting room off the third floor living room was great for reading and doing puzzles. Plenty of bathrooms. Everyone in our group loved the home. Rodanthe was a nice quiet area and the beach was never crowded. We would stay there again and recommend to others.

We had 14 people (9 adults and 4 children) and plenty of room. The house could use a few updates, but overall it is a great house. The refrigerators are inadequate for this size house, but we made do. It did not affect us having a wonderful vacation. The beach is a bit of a hike over the dunes, but that is clear in the description. Nevertheless, the views from the deck are great! The owner was quick to reply to and very responsive We enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again.

A nice home away from the hustle and bustle of OBX tourist centers. Weather was still on the cold side for spring break (lesson learned), but we'd love to come back in the warmer months.

Friends stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We ended up renting a gas grill to give us some ease of grilling all of the fresh seafood from the area. Great stay. Will consider this place next year.

The walk to the beach is over a sand dune so could be tricky for elderly but was fine for the younger members of our family. The host responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. Perfect Place for a large family vacation

A wonderful quiet and beautiful beachside vacation spot. A short walk to the beach, a private pool and hot tub and wonderful views. Quiet and relaxing with everything you need just a few minutes down the road. REAL watersports located just 5 minutes down the road. Joanne was very communicative and extra cool to be pet friendly.

Perfect ocean getaway

The property was just as advertised and exactly what we needed. The common areas were spacious and well laid out with plenty of options for different members of the group to spread out and do their own thing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The view of the ocean was absolutely amazing. Overall, we were very comfortable and had a great stay!
