The space
Our home was recently remodeled to provide our guests with unparalleled privacy and comfort during their stay. Relax in one of the plush living areas or take advantage of the in home entertainment options, including an outdoor kitchen, pool, spa, fire pits, pool table, corn hole and putting green. The backyard paradise is sure to provide hours of fun and relaxation for the entire family.

A fully loaded kitchen is ready for the entire family or guests. It is equipped with amenities, such as spices, oils, mixer, toaster, blender, crockpot, baking dishes, pots and pans that make cooking a breeze. To top it off, the kitchen has a dual Keurig coffee maker and tea bar with all the tools and ingredients you need to make the perfect morning cup of coffee or tea. With all of these features, you can be sure that your kitchen is ready to tackle any cooking challenge. The 6 bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with modern decor. Each bedroom has a smart TV and plenty of room to relax and unwind. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a trundle day bed with 2 twin mattreses, and en suite bath, while a bonus room off the master bedroom has 1 Queen Bed, a twin over full bunk bed. The two additional bedrooms upstairs each have two queen beds. The bedroom downstairs has a Queen bed and additional Bonus room has a Queen bed, twin over full bunk bed. The bedrooms are perfect for family vacations, offering plentiful space to spread out.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage.

Cabinets in garage are not accessible as they are storage for supplies and cleaners.
Other things to note
We are very proud of our home and want to ensure all of our guests have a 5-star stay. To that end, we have a few guidelines for guests:

No Unauthorized parties or events allowed without approval. No glass containers of any kind on the back patio, outdoor kitchen, pool or hot tub areas. This is for guest safety, and strictly enforced.

Out of respect to our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8AM. We want you to enjoy our home, your visit, socializing, and use of our oasis amenities. We are certain you would agree that loud, disruptive, or destructive behavior is not acceptable. Violators will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.

Other Things To Note:

Must be 25+ years old to book
*No third party bookings allowed. Guest must be staying at the property.
* No extra guests other than those listed on the reservation.
SECURITY CAMERAS
*There are security cameras located outside of the property, the front entrance, driveway, and backyard surveillance of patio, pool and pool equipment. There is camera on the side yard with motion sensor. There are no cameras inside of the home.
*The purpose of these cameras is to prevent parties and misuse of the pool or tampering with equipment. The rental agreement is immediately terminated without a refund if any security camera is tampered with, in addition to a $500 fine.

PETS
▪️$25 per pet per stay
▪️$250 Refundable Deposit
▪️ 2 pets maximum
▪️ $20 fine of pets are not picked up after in the yard.

Please do not leave pets unattended. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

SMOKING AND VAPING
*Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. A violation will result in a minimum fee of $200. You are welcome to smoke outside, away from the home with the windows and doors closed.

FALL/WINTER POOL & SPA HEATING
*Heating the pool and spa will require a credit card authorization form and payment charged will go directly to the Gas company. You will be responsible for paying for the gas used to heat the Pool and Spa

* Provide advance notice for the pool to be heated prior to arrival, it can take 8 hours to heat the pool to desired temperature. Spa heats in about an hour so advance notice is not needed.

Spa Heating Only: $45 per day

*2 night minimum is required for pool heating.

Heated pool up to 75 degrees = $50 per day
Heated pool up to 85 degrees = $125 per day
Heated pool up to 90 degrees = $155 per day
Spring/Summer Heating/Cooling It's typically not needed but is available on request based on your desired temperature. Inquire about rates if the natural temperature is not to your liking with rates typically around $45 per day.

BBQ Grill | Outdoor Kitchen
BBQ grill is run off natural gas. No propane tank necessary. Please clean the BBQ grill after each use.
