The bedroom has a king size bed and a 70" Samsung smart TV. The living room has a 70" Samsung smart TV, pull out couch (queen bed), with complimentary Netflix. The apartment comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay. A large size backyard for guest to enjoy the BBQ and patio. Animal friendly!!!

I chose to purchase a home in Westchester because it's one of Bakersfield's most iconic neighborhoods. The house is located a short distance from restuarants/bars, event centers, and the bike path. You are able to walk to most places or grab a short lyft/uber, or get a bird scooter.

What makes this property unique

The property was built in 1914! But, it has been renovated so you get the appearance of a home thats over 100 years old but the amenities of a modern house.
