This newly renovated in 2023 custom beach bungalow is a block and half from the beautiful Brigantine beaches. Open concept common areas with 4 bedrooms/2 full baths (1 tub and 1 walk-in shower). Freshly landscaped and fully furnished with brand new furniture, coastal decor and beach supplies. Includes 8 beach badges. Spend all day at the beach and come home to the perfect coastal setting!

This 1200 square foot beach home is the perfect space to spend time with family but still have 4 private bedrooms to return to after a day of beach fun. Layout with 4 bedrooms, 7 beds and 2 full baths will be as follows:

- Master bedroom with king bed and full ensuite bathroom including walk-in shower
- Queen bedroom with direct access to side deck
- Full bedroom
- Bunk bed room with full bottom, twin top, and twin trundle
- Pullout couch in living room
- Full bathroom with tub and folding glass door for easy kid bathing
- Brand new custom kitchen
- Front porch/deck with Polywood rocking chairs and loveseat
- Side deck with Polywood dining table and 8 chairs
- Side patio with Weber grill
- Brand new landscaped yard with river rocks, patio area/free parking (fits two cars), stepping stones, and outdoor shower

Guests will have complete private access to the full space.

Great stay!

This house checked all the boxes. It was a great location for access to beach, grocery store, park, mini golf and downtown. All you will need to pack is personal items because everything else is provided from pack n play to kitchen supplies to beach passes and all beach supplies. One of the best rentals we have experienced.

Excellent. House description very accurate. Bright, cheerful, very clean, comfortable. Amenities were great, plenty of beach towels, beach tags, use of beach chairs and bikes. Owner very responsive to any questions. Would definitely rent again.

Brigantine Beach Vacation

I really appreciated the connection we were able to make with the landlord. i was not able to download the app, and needed to text him a couple of times with questions. He answered within minutes both times and was very helpful. The house itself was lovely and contained everything we needed for a great week. I would love to return next year!

We are running on our first Airbnb beach house in Brigantine, NJ. We use it as a family but rent it for select summer dates for anyone who may want to utilize it as well. We want the experience to be as amazing as we would expect for our family. Please feel free to reach out to chat!

Why they chose this property

Excellent quiet beach house street with easy access to one of the largest beaches on the island as well as walkable to many local eateries and shops. Perfect location on the island — walk to Aunt B’s for Ice Cream, Ernest’s for sandwiches/meats, Aversa’s for everything. Renovated Acme grocery store a few blocks walk. Brigantine Beach Volleyball and Badminton one block north. Mini golf/pickle ball/tennis a block south. 4x4 beach nearby (permit required) and plenty of local marinas for watersport activities. Easy drive or Uber/Lyft ride to the Atlantic City Boardwalk and casinos.

What makes this property unique

We fully renovated and customized this property to make it a perfect beach getaway for families like us. All finishings and furnishings were implemented in 2023.
