About this property

Quiet, peaceful home on a private half-acre in one of Dripping Springs' original neighborhoods. Located less than a mile from downtown Dripping Springs and Mercer Street. Close proximity to dozens of wineries, breweries and distilleries along with numerous wedding venues and beautiful Pedernales Falls State Park. We are about a thirty minute drive to Downtown Austin, Austin International Airport or Lake Travis. This is a great location to explore The Hill Country!

Great House

Like the location just off 290, the large lots give a rural suburb feel, interiors of house mostly updated with hill country charm.

Family wedding

Very cute house! Perfect for our short stay in Texas, wish we could have stayed longer. Nice location and quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable.
