Walk just 20 mins to Calle Ocho and Little Havana, and drive 15 mins to Wynwood, 9 mins to Brickell, 15 mins to Miami Beach and South Beach, 13 mins to Miami International Airport, and 5 mins to Downtown Miami. Enjoy free street parking and note that the neighborhood is undergoing gentrification. Weed smoking permitted.

There is an outdoor above ground swimming pool that is shared with the neighbors. Feel free to use it on those hot South Florida days!

-BEDROOM 2: Two Twin Beds (sleeps 2)

-LIVING ROOM: Couch with Smart TV

-KITCHEN & DINING: Small kitchen with stove/oven & refrigerator. Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven & microwave. The dining room has a table with seating.

PARKING: Street parking is available on a first come first served basis.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: We provide a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towel for your stay. You may need to purchase additional depending on length of stay and use.
Smart TV & Netflix, must use your own account.

You have exclusive use during your stay of the entire apartment. the backyard is shared. FREE STREET Parking provided on a first come basis.

We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to communicate with us is through the Airbnb app, however, we only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Even though our house may not seem to be located in the most appealing neighborhood when you first arrive, you will soon notice that it is a historial part of town known as East Little Havana filled with Latin culture and a multicultural mix. You will really love being within walking distance to Little Havana and so close to the touristic spots like Wynwood, Downtown, Brickell and South Beach. The neighborhood is culturally known as Little Havana, we know that you will end up loving all that the property has to offer you.

Remember that you’re staying in an apartment, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
OObserve Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

•NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. No Illegal activities allowed.

•EXTRA GUESTS not allowed without prior authorization.

It is recording 24/7 for security purposes only.
-No indoor cameras or cameras in private places.

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
