The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located SOUTH PALM DESERT house!

You are a mile to the famous and exquisite dining and shopping on famous El Paseo, and many of the newest restaurants outside el Paseo like Cowboy Cantina.

You’re also only a mile to Desert Crossing where tens of shops and restaurants are located including grocery stores and much more!

This is the best location in the desert, it’s superb South Palm Desert a bit up in the hill facing the entire Valley! Enjoy! Why they chose this property

In 2018 I identified Coachella Valley also known as Greater Palm Springs as having the most population growth. Therefore, I relocated my family from San Francisco South. We are even stunned by the enhancements for tourists and residents. Did you know Palm Desert has a new arena? We just finished our inaguaral hockey season and we have top acts coming consistently; as well as ice skating open to the public! This is just one of many new investments we all enjoy during all seasons in the desert.
