property was run down and poor location in la quinta
This property is not worth renting for more than $200a day based on poor location and the condition of the home. The good parts are nice pool no heater for winter comfortable beds great supplies. But uncomfortable sofa and needs to be replaced. The owner must of purchased this property to be rental, Everything is old and a cheap renovation. Area is not good I would recommend you rent for the same price in a gated community in La Quinta.
