Was a perfect stay with everything as listed. Perfect size for me an my son's to be able to stay close to the beach in St. Petersburg. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
Location wasnt the grestest for our need.My sons ball went under the couch and there was lots of dust and dirt. Used blanket out of closet that was dirty.

Jacob was kind and responsive when contacted. The house was in a decent area of St Petersburg thst was eadily accessible to downtown and the highway. These were some of the issues with the house, which was not what we expected.1)Electrical outlets in living room inoperable2)Drainage in shower3)Unpleasant smelling furniture and pillows 4)Broken blinds5)No linens to poor quality linens provided. 6)Broken lamps7)inoperable light switchThe house needed TLC and thorough deep cleaning.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry your stay didn’t meet your standards. I was able to come to the house twice during your stay to address your issues and repair what was reported. One outlet does not work in the living room but the other 3 do. Blinds were replaced and only two had one broken piece but the curtains still give the privacy needed. There was plenty of towels (10) provided as well as all of the beds having linen, so I don’t know why that was a complaint? Everything has been addressed and guests can be reassured a clean and cozy place to stay.
Cute and clean home located just minutes from USF and downtown St. Petersburg. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our 3 night stay.

The outlets need to be replaced. Phone chargers would barely stay plugged in. The outlet behind the couch was broken. And the back of the couch was broken. If you plan to cook, bring your own oven mitts and dishwasher pods. No vent fan in the bathroom so even quick showers felt like a sauna. Couldn't boil water on stove without smoke detector going off. Also, the TV in the bedroom was on demo mode that couldn't be removed with a bright green line down the center of the screen. Useless trying to watch TV in the bedroom. House was clean and was in a convenient location to the St. Pete Grand Prix.
We enjoyed our stay here, close to all the beaches and things that we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable and slept great every night. The host was very responsive and communication was great!

Thank you so much! I really enjoyed hosting you and your family.
Perfect location for visiting the beaches, downtown, and to move our child into Eckerd College! Spacious and tastefully furnished. Quiet, brick road with convenient restaurants and shopping. Playground and dog park around the corner. Host was extremely responsive, from a pre-booking question about parking (plenty of it!) to dropping off extra towels upon request the same day. Would definitely stay here again!

I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay! You are welcome back any time!
Small, clean place. Great response from the owner. Location was perfectly between downtown St Pete and beaches. Parking easy on street. AC worked great. Appliances worked great. Tv was great (Roku streaming). Need new sheets on beds, stuffing in pillows were inflexible and not comfortable, Memory foam bed was OK, Bathroom very tiny and push button toilet did not always work (low water). Low water pressure in an old shower. No extras as far as soap, shampoo, conditioner. Bought our own toilet paper and soap. There were no extra towels in closet. Closets were actually pretty empty.
Had more than enough pots and pans. There were extra pillows in closet and blanket because it did get cold one night. The oddest thing is that it is clear the house was sealed off and there is another person living in the attached quarters. Saw her in the back little courtyard during the day (you are not alone). Heard her come and go about 10:00pm in the gate outside of our bedroom (had an early flight). Quiet neighborhood. It really worked just fine and was far less expensive than trying to get a hotel room (or 2). We asked the owner one thing and he was right on it.
