Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. I will accept and welcome all guests from all backgrounds You will be in quiet neighborhood, roomy yet cozy with light & airy spaces. Come relax at this modern newly 2023 remodeled place with a unique flair! It has large common area for gathering but separate rooms, floors for privacy/quiet time. The large backyard is a bonus. It is pet friendly. You will be minutes from the beach(s), restaurants, theme parks, shopping and medical.
The space
The house is tri-level with large sitting visiting area, TV recreation area, three bedrooms plus futon and two bathrooms. There is laundry area as well. There is Wifi and three streaming TV's in the home.
Guest access
You will have full access to the whole house. Pet's have access to the backyard and two kennels are provided to leave them inside home if you leave. I ask that you do not leave pets unattended unless in kennel.
Other things to note
This home has been completely remodeled this year for your comfort. This is quiet friendly neighborhood. It is very safe for walking and enjoying the great outdoors. “My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. I welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations.”

Nice but not accurate

This home is very nice and I feel the location was great. Not too far from all the places we like to visit when in CDA. We were a bit disappointed when the listing said it had AC, when it only had AC in the upstairs master bedroom. There was one fan in the other upstairs bedroom we used to try and push the air to the main part of the house but it was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think with it on. We were there when it hit over 100 and it definitely was uncomfortable in the house those evenings and anyone not sleeping in the master struggled sleeping. The listing also says their is a gym and there was no gym.says there are children’s books and children’s dinnerware and children’s games and we did not find any of that in the house. Overall we did enjoy our stay just disappointed when we showed up and the listing wasn’t quite accurate.

Excellent place for a family only 8 mins from the beach, parks etc.

Clean, spacious and well-stocked rental close to beach, parks and restaurants.

Nice house. Couldn't find any extra garbage bags, toilet paper and some laundry soap to wash the towels.
