Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Double booked

Booked and paid. Didn’t get check in info. Called and messaged owner with no response. Vrbo called and left messages for them. Drove 18 hours with family including dog to stay and finally got ahold of owner. She said she was double booked so I was left stranded.
