This modern and spacious high rise apartment is centrally located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis and within walking distance to all sporting events, concerts, and major attractions. The unit is equipped with a 6 person glass dining room table and 3 flat screen TVs. You can sleep upto 6 and has its own washer and dryer. Fully furnished kitchen, full service restaurant in the building, 24 hour fitness center, complimentary guest Wifi, contactless check-in, and much more!
Welcome to the Block Executive Vacation Suite
We are excited that you have chosen to stay with us. This modern high rise Executive suite is centrally located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis and within in walking distance of Indy’s top attractions. Please take a moment to look over the house rules listed below.

House Rules
- Quiet hours are 11pm to 10am Sunday through Thursday and 12pm to 10am on Friday and Saturday
- Please be mindful and respectful of the neighbors who live in this building.
We may have to ask you and/or your group to leave if the rules are not followed.
- While gatherings are not restricted, please be mindful of loud noise as there are neighbors on either side of you. We reserve the right to ask you to ask you to leave if rules aren’t followed.

1.Respecting the common areas and neighbors
a. There are cameras in all the common areas of the building for the safety and security of all residents and guests. Please keep all group gatherings inside the Executive Suite, as the common areas are not intended for entertainment.
b. In the event that you would like to have additional persons (not including those on the reservation) join you socially at the Executive Suite please clear the amount of people (more than 2) with the hosts, as our unit isn’t intended to hold large parties.
c. There is absolutely NO smoking in any of the common areas, hallways, stairwells or Executive Suite.
d. Indianapolis allows open containers in the downtown Indianapolis area. Enjoy a drink while walking the streets or in the Executive Suite, just please refrain from gathering and drinking in the common area lobby.
e. At the hosts discretion, any violation of these guidelines may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. The level of any violation will determine whether or not a refund of any amount will be issued. These rules are meant to protect the residents, guests, and us as hosts. We thank you in advance for following these guidelines, so future guests can continue to enjoy our Executive Suite.

2. Security Deposit
a. If there is any damage or broken items, the renting party will be responsible for the damages. The host has the right to keep your deposit. If the damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the renter will be notified and the card on file will be charged.

3. Internet
a. Network Name
b. Wifi Password

4.Thermostat
a. The thermostat is located in the living room.
b. Our thermostat is connected to the internet for monitoring purposes. Please do not set the temperature below 66 degrees when cooling or above 74 degrees when heating.
c. If the unit is not adjusted to set temperature within 2.5 hours, please contact a host. And the problem will be resolved immediately. Drastically adjusting the temperature will only worsen the problem.

5. Keys
a. There will be a $50 fee for the replacement of keys and a $100 fee for lost keyfobs. Please contact the host should there be any questions or issues.

6. Parking
a. There is paid parking on the premises
b. Paid metered parking Monday through Saturdays 7am – 11pm. Free parking after 11pm and on Sundays.

7. Kitchen
a. The Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, plates and glassware. If anything is broken during your stay, please notify the host.

8. Access
a. As a guest you will have access to the movie theater and the gym that is located on the 6th floor.

9. Dining

As a guest in our Executive Suite, come enjoy a FREE Appetizer at The Block Bistro & Grill prepared by your very own host and owner of The Block Bistro & Grill, Chef Terry and his amazing staff.


Check-Out Instructions

When it comes to finding a place to stay while traveling, there are always many options to choose from. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, we hope you enjoyed your time with us. If you visit Indianapolis again in the future, we hope you choose to stay with us, as we offer discounts to repeat guests (excluding a select few high demand event dates).

1.Please strip all used beds. Please leave sheets on mattress or in the laundry basket provided. Please place used towels in the washer machine before checking out
2.Please be sure to place all used dishes in the dishwasher. Soap for the dishwasher is located under the sink if you would like to run a cycle, though this is not expected.
3.Please make sure all trash is gathered and thrown away. There is a trash shoot down the hall by the elevator.
4.Please dispose of any leftover food you may have in the refrigerator.
5. Please return all keys to the lock box.
