Home of an iconic LA based film director, this classic Midcentury Modern features two bedrooms and two full baths with a large, enchanting garden: you are surrounded by greenery on all sides. Stunningly designed, it includes a spacious living room and wood-burning fireplace, outdoor decks and spectacular, sweeping one-of-a kind views of the canyon and city from every room. Open the sliding glass doors and feel the cool, refreshing mountain breeze.

Our chef's kitchen is fully equipped including delicious filtered water on tap, everything you need to cook and bake, and a large, beautiful custom-made dining table that seats eight. We feature super-fast WIFI, a 65" FrameTV with multiple channels and movie choices. Enjoy high-end, super-comfortable mattresses and bedding, private off-street parking with garage, plus a yoga/gym space. We love having guests and are available to help with all your questions: please reach out anytime!

You have the Entire Home and Garden Completely to Yourself. No-one else will be on the premises. That said, we are available via phone or message for anything you need 24/7. Additional cleaning services are available for longer stays for a nominal fee. Great Discounts for longer stays- PLEASE ASK!

As per City of Los Angeles regulations, absolutely no partying and no events are allowed. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, and we love our neighbors: please respect their mountain-side peacefulness! Also, No Smoking and No Vaping --neither indoors nor outdoors.

Hollywood Hills Get-Away

Fabulous weekend in the Hollywood Hills in this classic mid-century home. Beautifully appointed with everything we needed to relax and enjoy the property and wonderful views. Great location, easy commute to the city or the beach. Host was very attentive, easy to work with and checked in on us. Our only regret was we didn’t stay longer.

1 day ago Nina’s home made our stay in Hollywood, feel like we got to experience a bit of what the Hollywood elite live like! What a marvelous scenic ultra cool house nestled in the famous Laurel canyon. So scenic and comfortable, even very quiet! Minutes from the Laurel Canyon Country store, and all the coolest people who lived and hung out there in the 60’s. A few minutes off Hollywood blvd but it seemed like we were so much farther away from the city. I will not stay anywhere else but this wonderful home in my future visits to LA
