Quiet and cozy three-bedroom townhome on a safe cul-de-sac in Waukee, Iowa. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on either the front or large back patio. Close to literally everything: movie theater, entertainment, restaurants, grocery stores, bike trails, medical clinics, the YMCA, and downtown Des Moines. There is even a nice lighted pond near-by to walk around. Pet friendly!
