Wonderful setting for this ranch style home on 4 acres in area of million dollar homes. The property consists of a ranch home plus a 42 x 72 gymnasium complete with basketball hoops, 70 ft. batting tunnel, volleyball net/court, inflatables and indoor soccer. Outside we have a baseball/softball diamond w/backstop & dugouts.

NOTE: This is the half house option & whole house is 7 brs & 4 baths and 5,000 sq ft.
