First renters!

We were the first people to rent this property! House looked just like it did in the pictures. The pool was nice and there was always an open chair. Club house has a very clean bathroom and many books to lend. The location of this neighborhood is ideally located. And with the back entrance to Publix it is very convenient. The owners were very responsive to the nice issue we did have, unfortunately for them they had to replace the ac unit. Now it works great. The space is very large and comfortable. The beds were great!

My wife and I live in California but have been coming to Naples and Florida in general for many years. We both have parents in the area and love the Florida beaches. We are excited to be getting into hosting our new place and making it an enjoyable location for others to use.

Why they chose this property

We chose this place in Kings Lake because our parents have a place in the same area. We love the walking/biking trial around the lake along with the tennis courts and short drive to the beach. The area is also super convenient since there is a grocery story and restaurants that are accessible without exiting the main Kings Lake area. The location is perfect. We also love the the quiet and immersed in nature feel of the Steeplchase condo complex.

What makes this property unique

We love our place because it has the best open floor plan we we have seen. You can be cooking in the kitchen, sitting on the lanai or relaxing the huge great room and you always feel like you are part of the group. We also love having three bedrooms and three full bathrooms so people can have their own private space as well.
