Our beautifully appointed vacation rental offers guests everything they need for a comfortable, luxurious stay.

Boasting a desirable floor plan with a downstairs bedroom and full bath, this traditional home has been meticulously maintained and features many upgrades. Enjoy the spacious living areas, including a living room with large windows overlooking the gorgeous enclosed front yard, which opens to the dining room and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tile counters, and country charm cabinetry. Step down into the family room with a fireplace and built-in display shelving, and access the large sunroom that leads to the backyard oasis complete with a sparkling pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, and bar with entertainment system. This home also features a picket fence, cute birdhouse mailbox, paved stone driveway, and multicolored cement roof with plenty of trees and drought-tolerant landscaping. The second floor stairs only has 12 steps.

The location was perfect with easy access to Laguna beach, Huntington Beach, and Newport. The pool was nice but the pictures on VRBO made the place nicer looking than it was. We had a blast and it was a good price but would probably stay elsewhere next time. Thanks

The house was very nice, the upstairs having 3 comfortable bedrooms and the downstairs having 2 large spaces to socialize or for kids to play as well as a bedroom and bath. The layout was great, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped (with plenty of coffee and creamer!). It was too hot to play in the sunroom with the pool table and games, but the pool was very nice, and even as hot as it was outside, the pool, though warm, was still a refreshing treat. And at night the spa pool was great with the changing colored lights for both pool and spa. Our only issue, and we’re not sure if this was due to a VRBO requirement or a host decision, was that a few days before we arrived a complete address showed up on our preparation paperwork. I thought it was really early to see that, but went ahead and shared it with the folks meeting us there. We then discovered that the address given was for a restaurant in a strip mall. This was very disconcerting. We were allunnerved by the posting, worried that we may have been scammed. A couple days later the real posting came out with the real address. That bogus one should never have been posted.There was one more issue. We were supposed the get the house entry information the day before arriving. We had people coming in from 3 different places, all waiting to get those instructions. Our host did not get them to us until mid morning the day of arrival day, way to late for us to feel comfortable about getting into the house

Fun pool!

We stayed at this home for the pool and the neighborhood and it was great. The heated pool was wonderful! Granddaughter loved it! Easy access to everything. Great eating areas inside and out. Plenty of space.

Beautiful home!

Matt was very easy to get in touch with and helped quite a bit when it came to the booking process, check in was easy and the rooms were comfortable! The grill was a huge help when it came to cooking in large quantities, thanks again!

We loved our stay in Matt’s house. He was great at communicating when we had questions. The house was spotless when we arrived. Ed’s are comfortable and having three full bathrooms was helpful. We all enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is quiet with nice areas for walking and a close grocer store. The kitchen in adequately equipped - it lacks counter space for cooking for large go round but we didn’t need that

It sooted our needs. Host was very accommodating.

Some things were a bit rickety. Railing into family room not stable and it could be a problem with little children and older adults. Kitchen was way too small for the 8 people we had to prepare food for.the bbq outside made up for it.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Laguna Hills home. The house was clean and filled with all the amenities we needed. The layout of the house great, with plenty of space for everyone. We loved the outdoor pool area…but would have liked to have know about heating the pool ahead of time. We would have liked it heated when we arrived. Matt was great and very reachable. He responded quickly to anything we needed. We would like to come back to stay again. Thank You.

I would say this property was accurate on location , space and amenities. The house does need a great deal of maintenance. The photos of the property don’t show how dated it is. A couple of notable safety issues include the banister, kitchen chairs and sliding doors all need to be repaired. I had an elder family member and toddler with me. They both struggled with the wobbly banister railing. Another notable mention was the A/C it was extremely cold or stuffy. Overall we enjoyed the spacious property, backyard grill area and pool! The host was also excellent with his communication and that was appreciated.
